At Boody US, we want you to be completely comfortable in our bamboo essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, please note that opened underwear cannot be returned unless it qualifies under our First Pair Guarantee.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Select Items

  Choose the items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason for the return to generate your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the provided prepaid label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
